Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, but we hate to see anyone go. Simply call the office and speak with our office personnel.
Do I have to sign a yearly contract?
No. Our service continues automatically from year to year until you cancel.
Do you offer discounts or savings?
Yes. We offer many savings options, specials, and promotions.
How do I set up my online account?
Simply, click “My Account” and register with your service address and customer number. Here, you can view treatment history, request additional services, submit payments, and much more.
How do you bill for your services?
Monthly or pre-pay. Payment is due at the time we perform each service. We also leave a bill on your front door after each service.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. You may pre-pay in full or choose monthly billing.
Where do I find my Technician’s notes about my treatments?
You will receive a service summary email after each service or in your online account. Click on each service that’s been completed, and you will see the conditions noted by your technician.
Do you leave a bill on the door?
Only if you prefer, we are a paperless billing company. You will receive a service summary after each service through email.
