Do I have to sign a yearly contract?
No. Our service continues automatically from year to year until you cancel.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All cancellations are required to be in writing or by calling the office and speaking with our office personnel.
How do you bill for your services?
After each service. Payment is due at the time we perform each service. We also leave a bill on your front door after each service.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards by online bill pay through our website or when you call by phone. We do accept checks. Auto-billing a credit card is preferred. You may pre-pay in full or pay-as-you-go.
How do I set up my online account?
Service address and customer number. Here you can view treatment history, request additional services, submit payments and much more.
Why does my bill show a balance when I’m set up on Autopay?
A balance appears until we show your service complete in the office. Services on Auto-pay are automatically billed to the credit card on file the day after the service is performed. The balance will be paid and go away.
Where do I find my Technician’s notes about my treatments?
After you set up, your online account, click on each service that’s been completed, and you will see the conditions noted by your technician. Call our office if you need further assistance.

Yes. We offer many savings options, specials, and promotions.
